Semi-Private Training
Train with other participants who share your fitness goal. Each program is designed to fit your individual goals within the small group program.
Semi private training sessions are for groups of 2-3 participants.

*All training programs are 12 weeks long.
"Working with Radu has been great. I was always intimidated to work out with trainers but with Radu it has been different. He is supportive without being bossy not to mention very patient. My goal was to get in better shape and to put on some weight. I have put on about 7 pounds of muscle and feel great. He has helped me not only with my workouts but my diet as well. Although every week he pushes me I still look forward to each workout."
